Occupational Therapy focuses on helping children develop and improve their ability to perform activities of daily living (or ‘occupations’) including play, sensory regulation, functional mobility, bathing, dressing, and feeding oneself.  Pediatric Occupational Therapists help their clients gain the skills and strategies necessary to participate in these daily activities at home, school, and in social interactions to grow into independent adults.
